My name is Kelly.  I found photography by chance.  I was attending college in Pittsburgh for theater when my friend asked me to take a photography class with her as she didn't want to do it alone.  One turn over in the darkroom and quickly after I moved to New York to follow my passion and attend Parsons The New School for Design.  Four years and countless projects later,  I graduated with a BFA in Photography and was launched into the world.

To be able to capture someone's special day is so rewarding because not only am I able to do something I love, but I am also responsible for making sure my client's day is represented to the best of my ability.  I take the stance of fine art documentary when shooting weddings and while I set up portraits and detailed shots, I believe in capturing the surrounding moments that make the day special.

I freelance for all types of shoots, whether it is portraiture or commercial.

When I'm not attached to my camera, I enjoy traveling to different parts of the world, spending time with my family and friends, knitting, playing music, and creating a new home in Philadelphia with my little cat, Billie.
